DOUGLAS BROWN
OWNER, PRODUCER
Douglas Brown uses decades of experience producing, directing, and editing content for the world's top entertainment and media companies to help clients achieve their strategic, communications, and marketing goals. In 1988, Brown founded CDB Productions, an Orlando, Florida based full-service digital media, production, and post-production firm. Douglas Brown is an expert in multi-media video/digital production and post-production and has produced/directed commercials, documentaries, marketing, social media, and informational video/web content for over 30 years.
Some of Douglas' clients consist of the biggest names in entertainment and news, including ABC Television, BBC Productions. Buena Vista Productions, CNN-Special Projects, Discover Magazine, Disney Channel, ESPN, Fox Sports South, Home Box Office, HBO Sports, LPGA TOUR, Major League Baseball, MTV Network, Palomar Pictures, The Golf Channel, The Health Network, Universal Studios Florida, and Walt Disney World.
Prior to forming CDB Productions, Mr. Brown spent nearly a decade working in television news, including as a Photographer, Editor, and Producer at WBTV-TV 3 in Charlotte, North Carolina, WIS-TV 10 in Columbia, South Carolina, WMBD-TV 43 in Peoria, Illinois, and WOWK-TV 13 in Huntington, West Virginia. Douglas is a graduate of Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.
VIVIAN RICHARDSON
POST-PRODUCTION MANAGER, PRODUCER, EDITOR
Vivian is a storyteller. She has a University of Florida degree in journalism and decades of experience as a producer, editor and post production manager. She looks forward to each opportunity to learn about someone or something new ... and then share the news. Whether it's through video, words, or motion graphics, Vivian always looks for a dynamic and engaging way to tell the stories of CDB Production's clients.
Some of Vivian's favorite experiences in line of work include being in the operating room during (many) surgeries, traveling to Vienna to interview an opera singer, climbing a (small) mountain in Phoenix in dress shoes while carrying audio gear, watching a harbor seal play on an iceberg, and interviewing inebriated revelers at Oktoberfest in Munich.
In her spare time, Vivian is a Girl Scout leader for her two daughters. Anyone want to buy some cookies?

Producer/Editor by trade, soccer junkie and tech nerd by obsession. When he’s not working on his third cup of coffee or editing the latest social video, you’ll find him scoring for his soccer team, working on his next PC build, or re-watching The Office for the 12th time.
